Title: Green Beans with New Potatoes and Ham

Yield: 1 Recipe

  Fresh green beans, cleaned
  Smoked ham, cut into small
  Small new potatoes and snapped chunks

Combine beans and ham into a large sauce pan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until beans are nearly done, adding water as necessary. Peel potatoes and put them (whole) in with the beans and ham. Continue cooking until potatoes are done.

OPTIONAL: Substitute Bacon for Ham
